I have a long experience in leadership having worked on three different continents with the growth of leaders, individuals and groups. I enjoy writing in general and in particular about leadership. Here it is my intention to share thoughts on the psychology and dynamics of teams, organisations and leading. I will also try to link to further readings that might be of interest to the reader.
